Tracker logs

Find a click, review its timeline, and diagnose pixel or postback delivery errors.

Tracker logs show what happened to a specific click, from the first visit to an install, conversion, and delivery to external systems.

Open tracker logs

You need analytics view permission to access this page.

What you can check

SectionWhat to look for
Click logsIncoming click, stream, route, GEO, device, and subs
Install logsPWA install and its click ID
Conversion logsReceived status, conversion type, and payout
Pixel logsFacebook, TikTok, or Google event and its delivery result
Outbound S2SPostback sent to a tracker or partner system and the server response

Select a row to open its details. Each click ID has a timeline of related events.

Search and filters

  1. Select a section.
  2. Set the date range. The default is the last 7 calendar days; a single query can cover up to 90 days.
  3. Filter by status, stream, pixel, or other available fields.
  4. For a specific case, paste the click ID into search.
  5. Open the row and check the time, status, and latest external response.

The page URL keeps the current filters. You can share it with a teammate who has access to the workspace.

Saved views

Save a view when you regularly check the same data slice. It stores the section, filters, search, and sorting.

  • a view is available across all workspaces in your account;
  • the date range and timezone are not saved, so the current selection stays active;
  • you can apply, rename, or delete a view.

Replay pixel events

In Pixel logs, you can resend filtered events to another pixel on the same platform.

Set the date range, statuses, click ID, and source pixel when needed.
Start a replay and review the preview.
Select an active target pixel and confirm the job.
Track it in recent jobs. You can cancel a queued or processing job.

Each job processes up to 500 events. When a source pixel is selected, the target must be different. A Google Ads pixel in Browser Tag mode cannot be used as the replay target.

A replay creates a new delivery attempt in the ad platform. Check the filters and target pixel before confirming it.

If logs do not open

Ask a workspace admin for Analytics → View. If you already have it and the page is still locked, message support.

The Replay events button also requires Pixels → Edit.
