Media and reviews
The PWA editor's Media tab (icon, screenshots, background) and Reviews tab (manual and AI).
Both tabs are language-specific: media and reviews are configured separately for every language.
Media tab

| Field | Type | What it controls | Limit / format |
|---|---|---|---|
| App icon | upload + 1:1 crop | Icon on the PWA page and in lists. The home-screen icon comes only from the separate icon in PWA settings | 512×512 recommended, PNG/JPEG/WebP |
| Screenshots | upload + drag | Carousel on the PWA page | Up to 8; 9:16 crop (mobile) or 16:9 (desktop) |
| Background | mode | Image or video behind the app header | None / Photo / Video |
Background
- Photo — upload an image, 16:9 crop (PNG/JPG/WebP).
- Video → YouTube — a
youtube.com/watch?v=…oryoutu.be/…link. - Video → File — upload MP4 / WebM / MOV.
After uploading more than one screenshot, a “Drag to sort” hint appears. Deleting an icon, screenshot, or background requires confirmation.
Reviews tab

The list shows review count, checkboxes for bulk deletion, and Select all. Each card has an avatar, name, stars, date, text, likes, edit/delete controls, and, when present, a “Developer reply” block.
Review fields
| Field | Type | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Avatar | upload | — |
| Author name | text (required) | — |

A dynamic date ({date:-3} = 3 days ago) shifts every day, so reviews continue to look fresh without manual updates.
AI review generation
The ✨ button generates a batch of reviews:
| Parameter | Default | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| App name | Pulled from the draft | required |
| Count | 5 | 1–20 |
| Min rating | 3 | 1–5 |
| Max rating | 5 | 1–5 |
| Add developer replies | enabled | — |
| Generate author photos | enabled | — |
Tone is not requested; review sentiment is controlled by the rating range and vertical. Before saving, a list preview lets you remove extras. If the total exceeds about 80, a warning appears (Google Play usually shows 40–80).
